The difference of the images is that they are the same thing but the subject is in a different place doing a different thing. When you move in different angles you see a different photo than if you were right in front of the image. You can also see two or more in one image. Take a photo showing the differences in the world from back then and now.

The differences between the two images is that the photos are taken in the same setting but the subject moved. Cutting the image into strips changes the way we see the images, because it separates the photo into little squares/rectangles and makes your brain connect the seems. I could show the passage of time in my own work by using a photo of a rainy day and a sunny day and weave the strips of each together.
