Perspective plays a big role in these images because it makes them look more 2D rather than 3D which is pretty cool. Changing the perspective would cause the images to look more 3D and wouldn’t look as well. It would also change what the kid looks like. In my opinion I would not change the angle but if I were to change the perspective of the subject I would probably do a bird’s eye view of things.

Aside from the top-down view making these photos possible, the perspective looks much more normal, disguising the fact that it is top-down. With a different perspective, these photos would not be possible to do in the same way. Another possibility is doing an overlay, one photo with the boy and another with the things he is doing.
Well the backdrop is the floor, and the photographer layed everything on the ground to make it look like the kid was doing things standing up. This is a very cool idea I could see doing something like this in the future.
