This guy really played with scale and proportion. He shows things that are very large scale in something that is tiny scale, and the size of both are maintained. He did this with a macro lense. When looking at these, I think of what is going on in those scenes shown in the water droplets, and what the people are doing and stuff. This makes me want to play with water and macro lenses myself.
to take these photos the photographer may of used a smaller lens to get up close and get the reflections he wanted from the water drops. The ideas I get from this is doing it with water drops in Portland or with a small mirror maybe.

Scale and Proportion makes the originally big buildings seem small. A macro lens was needed to make these photographs. I think of how small big buildings actually are compared to the world and how something small can also be big. I get the idea to use different perspectives in my own work.

Scale and proportion play a major role in these images because the photographer was able to take a small thing like water drops and put inside them these huge images. To make these images the photographer would have needed two separate types of lens’ one to take the one of the precious water drops and one to take a much bigger picture. As a result of these images, I would really like to try something like this in my own work.
